Cardinale’s Car Care has been proudly serving the South Glens Falls community since 1961. It all began when Vincent “Jim” Cardinale, the son of Italian immigrants, left school to support his family and later served his country in the military. After returning home, Jim opened Jim’s Atlantic at 84 Main Street—a small shop built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to his neighbors. The business eventually moved to its current location at 295 Saratoga Road, where it continues to thrive.

Jim led the business with passion and dedication until 1995, when his son Peter and Peter’s wife, Michelle, officially took the reins. Jim remained a guiding presence, sharing his wisdom and values until his passing in 2020. His legacy of hard work, integrity, and community service continues to inspire every aspect of the business today.

Under Peter and Michelle’s leadership, and with the involvement of their sons Justin, Gavin, and Cam, Cardinale’s Car Care has grown and innovated while staying true to its roots. Supported by a dedicated team—including Dan, Joe, and Jodi—the third generation is preparing to carry the torch, ensuring that the company remains a trusted cornerstone of the community for years to come.
